Established in 2007, Khayam Group is a multinational group which started its operations

in the UAE in 2007. It spans businesses Building Construction, Aluminium construction, steel work, & aluminum and glazing fabrication. The company has successfully completed many projects including residential and commercial mid rise buildings, industrial projects, educational establishments, and an extensive range of villas for reputed clients, having had a representation as being the developer and/or main contractors' specialist sub-contractor.

Neil is an enthusiastic and ambitious professional with excellent business and financial acumens and since 1993 has been connected to the construction industries specially façades sector, having personally managed in diverse and complex project deliverables across a number of regions globally, gaining extensive experience in all aspects of contract protocol and having proven talents allowing him to manage multiple aspects including but not limited to design, contract, finance, programming and project/construction managerial etiquettes. Along with this, Neil has great communication and people skills and is renowned for building business relationships and making them both solid & lasting.
